DESIGN - PRODUCTION

What services do you offer?
We provide our esteemed customers with a comprehensive production and manufacturing service, covering every aspect from A to Z. Our services encompass customized collection designs based on customer mood boards, fabric design and development, manufacturing, production, and logistics. We also accommodate various washing, dyeing, and processing techniques. Additionally, we offer alternative shipment solutions. Our preferred pricing model is the finished garment price FOB, which includes fabric, design, branding, and production costs.

Do you engage in the production of private design farbics?
Indeed, we do. You have the opportunity to bring forth your own concepts and requests for the fabric you desire, or we can create a design exclusively tailored to your needs.

Is it possible to place an 100% organic cotton order?
Certainly, you can. Upon the request of our customers, we are capable of producing various fabric designs using 100% organic cotton.

Do you possess any certifications? If so, which ones?
Certainly, we possess the necessary certifications like GOTS, OCS, BCI, RCS that comply with international regulations.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity is 200 pieces.

Do you also manufacture clothing for children?
We do provide clothing for children.

What options do you offer for labeling and branding?
The artwork for branding can be supplied by you, the customer, or we can present a storyboard of our branding items to provide inspiration and allow you to explore various options, such as label weaving type and quality, paper weight for tags, and hang tag thickness. We also provide embroidered options.

Can you provide suggestions for our collection lines?
Indeed, we can offer suggestions once we have reviewed your tech packs and details, including fabric selections and colors. Based on this information, we can propose alternative design ideas from our fabric archives or create exclusive designs specifically tailored to your brand.

Do you provide size measurement specifications?
Certainly, we have technical specifications and measurements available. We will supply you with pattern and size specifications for each style.

Are custom design ideas available as options?
Yes, we do offer custom design ideas. In order to provide you with new concepts and design options, we would need to know your target market (business, casual, etc.) and the fabrics you wish to work with (Cotton, Jersey, French Terry). Once we have this information, we can offer you fresh designs and stylings that align with your brand's identity.

 

SAMPLING

What is the timeframe for producing a sample?
The timeframe for producing a sample depends on the complexity of your design and the number of samples required. However, at a minimum, it will take one week to see a particular design manifested as a sample.

What is the cost associated with sampling?
The cost of a sample can range between 2 times to 5 times the cost of production, depending on the specific requirements of your designs.

 

ORDERS - QUALITY CONTROL

How can I place an order?
To initiate the order process, the customer's collection or fabric choices are determined first. Subsequently, we provide sampling and pricing work to assess the associated costs. Once the timeframe and pricing have been agreed upon, the next step is to proceed with placing the order.

How long does it typically take to fulfill an order?
The time required to complete an order varies depending on the order quantity, specific design requirements, and fabric availability. Generally, it takes between 4 to 12 weeks to fulfill an order.

How does the process of fabric design, fabric production and final production unfold?
Within our archives, we possess a collection of fabrics accumulated over 4 years (equivalent to 8 seasons), from which customers can choose for their own collections. Alternatively, if customers provide us with their own styles, themes, colors, etc., we can provide them with uniquely designed painted yarn and printed fabrics.

What is your quality control procedure?
Ensuring the highest quality products for our customers is our top priority. Therefore, quality control is an integral part of our production process, implemented at various stages to promptly address any issues that may arise.

 

PRICING - PAYMENTS - SHIPING

How is pricing determined for all-inclusive design and production services?
We can provide you with pricing once we have more information about your potential order. In order to supply accurate pricing based on your design details, fabric choices, and construction requirements, we will need to review your tech packs. Additionally, your order quantities and timeframes will be taken into consideration for pricing.

What are your payment terms?
We require 30% of the payment upfront, with the remaining amount to be paid before shipment.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping methods tailored to your specific needs.

Is it possible for us to visit your factory and showroom?
Certainly, you can visit our factory and showroom. Please make an appointment at least one week in advance.
